My Role
As an IX Lead for this initiative i was responsible for designing and implementing OOBE setup experience that related to the user tasks initiating from the printer control panel and synchronizing to HP Smart app with secure setup feature. Sharing a quick insight of the design process that was adopted in executing design sprints for OOBE Asset workflow releases.
The objectives of OOBE optimization and secure setup experience were flagged for Manhattan/ Poseidon program.
This required brainstorming and creating wireframes workflow prototypes on Miro board. Completing user stories by creating full fledges workflows with strings for assets and programs. Aligning with UX Leads, program managers, firmware developers to meet the user requirements.
Defining user flows, information architectures, wireframes, taxonomies in collaboration with project team members.
Collaborating with firmware engineers to meet sprints and project timelines in the Agile environment.
Workflow releases and deliverables including wireframes and full-fledged workflows for the stakeholders review and setting up workflow walkthrough sessions for feedback from firmware integrators, firmware engineers, program managers, UX leads and other stakeholders.
Completing epics and stories for the associated requirements and resolving defects raised by the QA testers by aligning with developers and strings team.
